We want to make sure your first CycleGANG experience is great! Please try to arrive 10-15 minutes early and let the instructor know it’s your first time.  We can get you quick fitted and clipped-in before the start of class!


All first-time riders are required to fill out a waiver. If you have created an account online you will be directed to read and agree to terms. If not the front desk will provide you with a form when you first check-in at the studio. All riders 18 years and under are required to have a parent or guardian's signature in person.
